Have you ever wanted to connect with your guardian angel? Have you ever wondered if your angel was male or female? Have you ever wondered if you have a guardian angel? If you’re like most people, these thoughts have crossed your mind from time to time.
Angels are non-denominational, omnipresent beings. They can be in many places at the exact same time.
Though angels dwell among us, they do so in a different dimension.
Contacting your angels is very simple.
First, you should know that everybody has at least one guardian angel. Most of the people that I have spoken with have three or more. Your guardian angel was assigned to you at the moment of your birth.
He or she is with you to love, guide and protect you during your journey here on earth.
However, most guardian angels will not interfere with your life unless you specifically ask for their help.
Angels respect our well being and willpower. They respect our free will. Although we instinctively know what our life path is, many of us get temporarily (or even permanently) distracted by the things society tells us we should have. We get distracted by the big important job, the college education, the huge house, the expensive car and our status in society.
There is nothing wrong with having these things, however, there are times when they distract us from our true purpose on earth. If we decide to move away from our path, our angels will lovingly send us signals to inspire us to go back onto the right path. They will not interfere directly.
That’s why it is important to connect with your angels and to ask for wisdom and guidance. After all, it seems silly to be assigned your very own team of hand-picked guidance counselors and not use them!
We can ask our angels for wisdom or guidance at any time, in any place.
Here are some techniques to help you
They are there 24/7 and will always answer our call. The more receptive we are, the more help they can give us.
When asking your angels for help, be specific about what it is that you need their help with. You can call them out loud or in your mind, as angels are telepathic. Whenever you call out to your angels, you are giving them permission to get involved in your life.
You are also opening yourself up to receive their guidance and in turn, this will help you to recognize their presence in your daily life.
Remember that you are a brilliant being who is worthy of Angelic assistance. Don’t feel as if you are bothering them or wasting their time when you speak to them. Remember, your angels are here to help you.
See Yourself In White Light
Connecting with Source in this way puts you in a state of peace and relaxation. This meditative state allows you to create openness and to be receptive to your angels' response to you.
Write It Down
When you receive an idea, or you hear that still, small voice inside of you, giving you direction and insight, they will know that you have made contact with your guardian angels. You may want to get into the habit of writing down any guidance that you receive so that you don’t forget it, and so that you can reflect on it later.
Once you receive guidance to your question, know that everything will work out exactly as it is meant to be. See the situation being resolved and know that every request you make is answered and help is always given. If you fear that your request will not be answered, then also ask for help in understanding. Trust that you will see the love in every answered prayer. You are known completely and loved unconditionally by the Angels and they are always there for you. Always.
Express Appreciation and Gratitude
When you receive a compliment, it makes you feel good. It lowers your fear and increases your self-worth. While angels do not experience moments of fear or lack of self-worth, they do appreciate genuine gratitude and appreciation. So take the time to thank your angels often, especially after they have given you the help that you requested. When you are grateful for their divine insight and inspiration, those feelings go out into the universe, and you will be blessed with even more insight, wisdom and guidance, by both the Angels and the very Source that created you.
