Do you feel the need for change in your life?

When it’s time to change – and we all know when that is, we know it because of the lack of joy in our lives, and the increasing unhappiness we’re experiencing.

This means only one thing: That it’s time to quit playing it safe and that it’s time make some (radical, even) changes!

What we all want is to be happy; Happy and Free.

So today I invite you to look at your life to see if there are any ‘unhappy’ spots there that needs to be pruned and removed from your life so that you can experience the fullness of life that is yours for the asking.

Take some time – for the next 24 hours – to make some changes in your life by finding out what makes you unhappy and then change them into things that can bring you happiness instead.

For example;

If your friends are a constant source of negativity in your life, it may be time to find more positive and like-minded/hearted people to become friends with.

If you’re in an unhappy relationship/marriage, then maybe it’s time to take the bull by the horns and make some adjustments and plans that allows transformation to happen between the two of you.

Or if you feel bombarded and overwhelmed by the world then maybe it’s time to take some time off and be with yourself, alone, with no distractions, in order to connect with yourself again.

So inquire within and ask yourself; What do I dislike about my life, what in my life brings me down, what brings me unhappiness?

  • Write down the parts of your life that you want to change.

  • And then accept change, don’t put things off because they might scare you, and don’t wait for the right time to get started.

* Get started now, and start taking action steps within the next 24 hours.

The right time is now, not later because ‘later’ might never come, so whatever comes to mind in the next 24 hours, don’t think “I’ll do it tomorrow”.

No, do it Today, within the next 24 hours.

  • So, write down what makes you unhappy in your life and then write down steps you think you need to take (=what seems like the obvious things to do), and then start taking action, all within the next 24 hours.

  • It doesn’t have to be a perfect action-plan, and it doesn’t have to be more than you can handle at the moment so it overwhelms you.

The most important thing is to get started. One little, or big, step at a time. Your choice.

But get started, that’s the most important step of them all.

  • If you don’t like the way your body looks and feels, or if you don’t like your job and would love to do something else, if you have been thinking of leaving an unhealthy environment of some kind, whatever it is;

  • Write down what you think would be the appropriate actions steps for you to take and then begin taking them.

  • Take even radical steps – make things happen that you know needs to happen.

Think about the life transforming changes this can (and will!) bring.

Don’t wait another day. Live life to the fullest – right now! Dare to step out and be all in for yourself!

Be all that the Truth within me says I can be!

Do all that the Flow of Life (Truth) wants me to do!

Have (experience/enjoy) all that my True Life has for me!
